Routine Inspection: Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. Cooler temperature = 3.6 degrees Celsius. Freezer temperature = -19.8 degrees Celsius. High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 73.3 degrees Celsius at dish level for final rinse cycle. Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle = 200 ppm. Ventilation canopy hood clean. Next service due in June 2019. Overall cleanliness and maintenance excellent. No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection. Premises well lit. No concerns noted at the time of inspection.
