Routine inspection All coolers were at 4C or colder. Ice cream freezer was at -18C or colder. No sign of pest activity at this date. Pest managed by pest control company. Food stored off the floor and protected from contamination. Floors are clean and well maintained. General sanitation is satisfactory. First IN First Out is to be practiced for food items. on shelves. No damaged canned food observed at this time. Food stored properly separate from all other non-food items. Ensure to maintain a temperature monitoring log for coolers and freezers.
