Well maintained & operated. Sanitation is very good. Refrigeration measures < 4 C. Freezer temperatures measure < -18 C. Hot-holding measures > 60 C. Dishwasher final rinse residual measured 100 ppm Cl. Wiping cloth and spray sanitizers measure 200 ppm Q. The 2-compartment sink dispenser releases 200 ppm quats. No recommendations.
