Follow-up inspection to report # ZDER-B23VRM, all violations corrected -Handsinks and staff washroom are free of obstructions and supplied with hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel -No signs of pest activity noted in back storage room - holes in lower wall have been sealed with cement. Back door still missing proper screen door - tall plywood used as temporary barrier -Sanitizer bottle noted 100 ppm chlorine - all chemical bottles labelled -Garlic and mushrooms have been removed from display cooler -No PHFs noted in open display cooler noted at 13 C. -No contaminated foods noted during inspection Note: Update floor plans for both units still required
