Hand wash stations supplied with liquid soap and paper towel in dispensers. Staff washroom is clean and well supplied. Bleach for sanitizing is available. Not made yet for today. Coolers <4C. Freezers <-18C. No hot holding at the time of inspection (no slices). Cold holding not yet turned on at the time of inspection. Dinner rush is around 6-9pm according to the operator. All items in coolers are covered and protected from contamination. Slicers/dough press is covered and protected when not in use. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. All surfaces, floors, ceilings are clean and in good repair. No debris on floors, no grease, great job!
