Routine inspection conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CE3NFX Low temperature dish machine in the laundry room fixed. 100 PPM chlorine residual detected on the plate level after the rinse cycle. Please check for at least 50 - 100 PPM chlorine residual at the plate level after the rinse cycle every morning with the chlorine test strips that your chemical representative provided for you. If chlorine residual detected fall out of this range, then use the manual dishwashing method reviewed during the last routine inspection. No further follow-up required.
