Comments

- The hand sink in the front area is equipped with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- 200ppm QUAT sanitizer in sanitizer buckets with cloths
- 100pp chlorine sanitizer in spray bottles
- Temperatures of refrigeration units were adequate (<4C for coolers, <-18C for freezers)
- Hot holding (gravy, smokies) measured >60C
- Probe thermometer is used by staff to monitor internal temperature of foods
- Timers are set up for foods on display hot holding plates (chicken nugget, pizza, sandwich)
- Staff show good hygiene. Clean clothing and hair nets worn.
- No signs of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
- General sanitation is good
