Observation: Observed several mouse droppings throughout premise on floor-wall joint. Also observed a hole in the wall in closet under stairs that was created to allow piping through; this could be allowing mice to enter from the adjacent unit. Glue boards currently set out throughout unit.
Corrective Action(s): Clean up all mouse droppings and patch up any holes/gaps in the wall where pipes pass through the walls with a durable and pest resistant material (such as 1cm x 1cm metal mesh). Also recommend use of more than one type of trap for mice (such as snap traps) to increase chances of catching them. Due: 1 week (October 23, 2023)

Observation: Two tables/carts that appear to be newly constructed are party made of raw wood. Operator stated these are used for packaging so no direct food contact.

√ Bleach sanitizer available at 100ppm in labelled spray bottle
√ High temperature dishwasher sanitizing at ≥71°C
√ Three compartment sink stocked with dish soap, sanitizer, hot and cold running water
√ Equipment appeared to be in good working order
√ General sanitation and maintenance is satisfactory
