Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Juicer is being washed-rinsed-sanitized and air dried every 4 hours however other frequently used items (i.e. tongs, blenders, etc) are only washed-rinsed-sanitized and air dried at the end of the night . CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION

Observation: Rodent droppings observed on floor:
- Under three compartment sink
- In cupboards where bananas are stored
- In dry storage area

Corrective Action(s): Spray rodent droppings with 200ppm chlorine solution or equivalent. Remove droppings from area. Wet affected area with 200ppm chlorine or equivalent and soak area.
Inspect facility for points of entry for pests. Seal any holes. - specifically at drain at three compartment sink. There is still a hole that rodents can gain access to. Either stuff hole with spray foam insulation or metal steel wool (pot scrubbers)
Obtain services of professional pest control company.
Have traps set.
All items in storage unit should be up off floor minimum 15 cm to facilitate cleaning. Organize back storage area.
