Observation: Rodent droppings were observed under the 3-compartment sink area. Facility is currently serviced by a professional pest control on a monthly basis.
Corrective Action(s): Clean areas affected with rodent droppings and sanitize all affected areas. Monitor for further pest activity and contact pest control services as needed.

Comments

-Sandwich cooler was at 4C (top and bottom)
-Upright cooler was at 4C – damaged door seal is on order
-Under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Dairy dispensers were at 3C and 4C.
-Upright freezer was on defrost mode at the time of inspection – 6C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C. Soups were cooked to greater than 74C prior to hot holding.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer was at 200ppm.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer pails changed within 2 hours. Sanitizer solutions were at 200ppm.
-Ice Capp attachments sanitized after each use.
-Mixing spoons stored in ice.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 Equivalent valid until January 22, 2025.
