-Follow-up inspection to Sept 13, 2016.
-Facility has retained the services of Ecopest professional pest control to service facility monthly. Dropping have been removed from the facility and no further signs of pests infestation noted at the time of inspection.
-Temperature records have been modified to include corrective actions.
-Cardboard has been removed from cooler shelving units.
-Door seals have been repaired on the back freezer units.
-Broken door tiles are on order to repair the floors in the production area.
-Chemical spray bottles were properly labelled at the time of inspection.
*Plumbing in the staff washroom has not been repaired. There is still a pail to collect condenser water with a garden hose connecting the piping from the sink and the drain. Cabinet is also beginning to rot
*Operator has decided to cease production and sale of roast chickens. Under the BC Food Premise Regulation B.C. Reg 210/99 a premise where food is processed, served or dispensed to the public, and is intended for immediate consumption is considered a Food Service Establishment and an Operating Permit is required in order to operate.
