Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff wearing disposable gloves were not observed to be washing hands properly. Observed staff touching other surfaces & touching foods without washing hands in between.
Corrective Action(s): Gloves must be taken off when washing hands.
Handwashing must be done as often as you would without having gloves on (ie. before touching foods).

Observation: Some wooden shelves have nails sticking out and are not easily cleanable.
Corrective Action(s): Either remove the wooden shelves or repair them so that 1) there are no nails sticking out 2) re-painted with waterproof paint that does not absorb moisture and is easy to clean & sanitize.

High temp dishwasher achieved >71C at plate's surface
Temperatures of all refrigeration units (<4C coolers, <-18C freezers) are adequate
100ppm chlorine measured in sanitizer buckets
Cloths are stored in sanitizer buckets properly
Ice machine is maintained in a sanitary manner
Dry storage area is maintained
No signs of pest observed during inspection
General sanitation is satisfactory, but more attention to food handling practices with respect to proper handwashing is required


NOTE:
- Ensure to cover foods that are being cooled to protect from contamination
- Do not store foods in the staff bathroom
- Always have the backdoor closed (the pest proof door may need to be fixed)
- Boxes containing foods must be stored at least 6 inches off of floor
