One paper towel dispenser in kitchen lacked paper towels.
Corrective Action(s):
Refill paper towels in dispenser. Ensure that all handwashing stations are fully equipped with soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water at all times.

Observation:
1. Fan cover in 2-door cooler full of dust and debris.
2. Exhaust fan grate in kitchen has heavy accumulation of dust and debris.
Corrective Action(s):
1. Clean fan cover in 2-door cooler. This was corrected at the time of inspection.
2. Clean exhaust fan grate in kitchen.

Ensure that you are following your sanitation plan for daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal cleaning.

Observation:
Several light fixtures in the kitchen area lack covers for light bulbs.
Corrective Action(s):
Place covers on all light fixtures to prevent a physical hazard or contamination from occurring. To be corrected by July 12, 2016.

Comments

- Low temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 100 ppm chlorine at dish level.
- All temperatures met health requirements:
- Coolers = 4 degrees Celsius or below.
- Freezers = -18 degrees Celsius of below.
- Langar food items above 60 degrees Celsius. Operator informed that the langar is used up within 2 hours and anything that is not used within 2 hours is either reheated or discarded.
- Pest control in place. Pest control comes twice a month. All reports satisfactory.
- No indication of pest activity at the time of inspection.
- Bleach sanitizer available onsite = 200 ppm.
- Food stored in pest proof containers.
- General cleanliness and maintenance of facility has improved since last few inspections.
