Observation: Mouse droppings observed throughout facility. Areas include, but are not limited to, under equipment along corners/walls, under sinks, under stairs, etc. Pests can transmit disease and extra measure must be taken to eliminate them.
Corrective Action: Deep clean/sanitize the entire premises and all hard to reach areas. Follow recommendations provided by pest control company. *Monthly inspections currently conducted*

Observation: Conditions observed that may allow for the entry and harbourage of pests. Gaps observed around plumbing fixtures below 2 compartment and 3 compartment sinks. Gap observed under door leading to back stairs from food production area.
Corrective action: Seal all gaps/holes noted above. Install door sweep under door leading to near stairs as mouse droppings were observed in that area.

Observation: Chocolate and dust accumulated throughout premises. Areas include: under dry storage shelves, below equipment, on top of counters, etc. these conditions attract pests.
Corrective action: regularly deep clean all hard to reach areas. Ensure no chocolate/dust accumulation.
