Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two cans of Raid spray pesticides and one can of stainless steel cleaner stored at the dry food storage shelf. These items were removed from the food storage shelf at this time.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
General sanitation is excellent.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
All freezers measured at -18C or less.
All hot holding (soup and rice) measured at 60C or higher.
Bean sprouts and basil leaves are stored in ice water - containers stored outside for the duration of busy hours.
High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle was measured at 73C at the plate level.
Chlorine sanitizer pail measured at 200 ppm as per test strips.
Meat slicer appears to be in sanitary condition.
No signs of recent pest activity noted at this time.
Washrooms were in sanitary condition.
