No activity found on shelving units, inside cabinets or food products/packaging products. Corrective Action(s): Please remove noted droppings and some fallen chocolate under cash register. General: Handsink: soap, paper towel, hot & cold running water available *please add paper towel stand/dispenser for washroom inside office area Freezers X3: -13 to -18C Dipper well operational and maintained Reviewed manual warewashing procedure at two compartment sinks, no concerns Bleach sanitizer was low in amount and was filled at time of inspection *recommend obtaining test strips to verify 100ppm Adequate lighting and food storage Dry storage is adequate Foodsafe staff present, staff aware of expiry date Health Permit posted *Gap identified on Steritech reports will not be repaired as facility is relocating to new Food Court. Discussed concern with chocolates left overnight on counter without cover. Please submit floor plans to the Health Department for review prior to relocation. **Health Permit collected as this is out of date. Will mail you a new one.
