Health permit valid and posted in plain public view. Hand wash stations equipped with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitize (quats) measured 200 ppm. Walk-in cooler was at or below 4 deg C. Prep line coolers was at or below 4 deg C. Freezers were at -18 deg C or colder. Ice cream cooler/ coffee machine milk cooler was at or below 4 deg C. Temperature log was available and up to date. Staff hygiene satisfactory - clean uniforms and hair nets/ observed hand washing No signs of pests noted. Some flies in the dining area. Pest control monitoring in place. Note: Prepping pizza at time of inspection. Ensure floor is wiped and mopped to include the walk-in cooler.
