Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): In-use scoops for cooked rice stored in room temperature water.
Corrective Action(s): Wash and sanitize these scoops. While in use, store them in ice water and clean and sanitize them at least every 4 hours. Ensure ice is replenished regularly as it melts.

- High temperature dishwasher is available. Final rinse temperature reached 74.3C at the plate level.
- 100 ppm bleach sanitizer available in spray bottles
