Routine inspection: -handsink in food prep area fully equipped *when deli area starts to be used, ensure paper towel and soap dispenser is placed at this sink -hot food, ice cream, and slushies not being served at time of inspection -seating area not in use at time of inspection *dishwasher not in use at time of inspection, ensure it is reaching 82C during the rinse cycle prior to use -bleach on site as sanitizer for manual dishwashing at three compartment sink -quats spray bottle at 200ppm -coolers in deli/bistro and store at 4C or less COVID-19: *Covid-19 safety plan on site - some additions to be made, template can be found on WorkSafeBC website *PHO orders being followed with the exception of having a sign at the self-serve coffee station reminding patrons to sanitize their hands -bulk candy not being sold
