Code 302 noted on Follow-Up inspection # PKUR-CFCRVF of Jun-13-2022 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Meat trays not properly washed and sanitized. Staff only washing with soap - sanitizing step was skipped. Correction: Discussed proper method of manually dishwashing using 2 compartment sink. Poster provided. Follow instructions on poster. Obtain sink plug for washing compartment of sink.

Follow-up inspection New hand sink has been installed and old sink with leak has been removed - good. Bleach in bucket registered at 200 ppm. Back door kept closed. No flies seen at the time of inspection. Continue cleaning all areas of the premises and continue working on items mention in report PKUR-CU9VJK.
