Follow-up inspection conducted:

-CODE 203 in compliance. Staff has cooling chickens on a metal tray before transferring into a container for further cooling in cooler. Good.
-CODE 302 in compliance. 100-200ppm chlorine solution available in a bucket in the middle sink. Wiping cloths were dipped in the solution before use. Good.
-CODE 209 in compliance. Ice scoop stored in holder. Miso soup bowls placed on a tray and stacked in cooler. Frozen fishes stored in bags. Good.
