Follow up inspection - 3 door freezer temperature below -18 degree C - Hand wash stations satisfactory at the time of inspection - 3 compartment sink set up the sanitizer concentration was low. Corrected during the inspection. - All other items from the previous inspection are outstanding. Note: Discussed the Diwali temporary food permit application with the operator. Permit to operate will only be issued if the operator provides conformation from fire department approval.
