Routine Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- All coolers at or below 4'C (with exception of coolers which are not used for potentially hazardous food storage X3)
*Note: drawer coolers along cooking line are not currently in use as they are not able to maintain 4'C or lower for potentially hazardous food storage
- Stand-up freezer at -20'C
- General sanitation is good during inspection
- Hand washing stations in kitchen and washroom are adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- QUATs sanitizer in spray bottle (X1) measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip
- 2-compartment sink available with bleach
- High-temperature dishwasher measured above 71'C at plate surface
- All food observed stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- Chemicals are stored away from food
- No signs of recent pest activity
- Permit is posted in a conspicuous location on site

*Reminders:
- Ensure to obtain drain plugs for the 2-compartment sink as an alternative method to warewashing in the case that the dishwasher is not functioning
- Do not store knives between equipment. Store all equipment in a sanitary manner
- Operator to submit a copy of their FOODSAFE level 1 training (or equivalent) via email to the health inspector within 1 business day
