ITEMS CORRECTED: - Facility has been cleaned and sanitized throughout - Items have been organized and some items removed - Additional holes have been found and sealed with non-chewable materials ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED: - Pest control technician is to add "tin cat" type rodent traps. Currently facility only has snap trap types without bait. This is not effective in ensuring rodents are caught and infestation is eliminated. - Continue to clean and sanitize facility daily. The infestation is ongoing and will require much ongoing cleaning to eliminate rodent infestation. NOTE: IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO CONTINUE TO TRAP AS WELL AS MAINTAIN A HIGH LEVEL OF SANITATION THROUGHOUT RESTAURANT. FUTURE ENFORCEMENT ACTION WILL OCCUR IF FACILITY IS FOUND LACKING SANITIZER SOLUTION OR SEVERE RODENT INFESTATION CLOSURE ORDER RESCINDED
