Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): On the bench of the outdoor play area, there was a small plastic cup with some water & a round white object inside.

Observation: The majority of children's start date were only the month & year. One child's start date showed the month & date only.

Observation: Today's outdoor inspection wasn't documented. Upon FHA's arrival, children were playing in the outdoor play space.
