PHYSICAL FACILITY, EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS: 31290 - RCR s.22(1)(b) - A licensee must ensure that all rooms and common areas are (b) maintained in a good state of repair.
Observation: In the routine inspection report it states "for example in two ensuite washroom when entering the washroom on the bottom left lower area near the flooring, the wall had paint come off and drywall starting to show". Please note: washroom where noted should have "s" noted after each. Wall where noted should have "s" noted after it.
The Manager stated during the follow-up inspection on August 18, 2023 that a request was put into Facilities Management on the same date of the routine inspection. The Manager is in the process of following-up on this with the Licensee Contact.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure all rooms and common areas are maintained in a good state of repair.
