-Follow-up inspection to March 01, 2024.
-Sauces were cooled in the walk-in freezer and sauces in the walk-in cooler were less than 4C. Rice made the previous night was at 4C.
-Did on observe cooked foods stored at room temperature at the time of inspection.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottles in food preparation areas were labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Did not observe frozen foods thawing at room temperature at the time of inspection.
-Samosa dough is now cut free hand and no longer requires a mould.
