Comments

ITEMS CORRECTED:
- Ensure that during operation facility staff have access to bleach and water solution (sanitizer solution) for sanitizing of counters and other food contact surfaces.
- Some cleaning required inside containers and drawers..
- Handsinks all adequately supplied and freely accessible

ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED:
- Screens must be installed on all open windows to prevent entry of flies
- Light fixtures require shatter guards.

NOTE:

Owner has contacted Fraser Health Authority with questions regarding the thermal processing of canned goods previously made on site without Fraser Health having reviewed the Food Safety Plan. The file and information has been reviewed by Fraser Health Food Safety Specialist and Management and the decisions made from April 2018 stand. The thermal processing of goods Tripe, Borscht, Beans in brine, Bigos and Bean Stew (as well as any other thermally processed items) are required to be reviewed formally by a Process Authority.
