Dishwasher is at 76 C at plate. OK. Freezer below -18 C Cooler less than 4 C. Handwash station properly stocked. Kitchen staff foodsafe trained. **Bleach spray bottle measured above 500 ppm (bleached out strips). Labelled proper ratio of 1 tsp bleach to 1 litre of water on spray bottle. Make sure to share with staff. **Move chemicals to lowest shelf in storage room and away from food or food equipment to prevent contamination.
