Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chemical dishwasher had no detectable chlorine concentration on the dish surface during the final rinse.
Corrective Action(s): Dishwasher must be able to supple 50ppm chlorine on the dish surface during the final rinse to properly sanitizer utensils, equipment and food contact surfaces. Sanitizer pail was changed, primed and tested at 100ppm. Ensure the chlorine test strips are used daily to verify the chlorine concentration of the dishwasher.

-Front ice cream freezer was at -13C.
-Front under counter freezer was at -10C.
-Back chest freezers were at -16C and -15C.
-Back upright freezer was at -13C.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottles were at 200ppm.
-Coffee steaming attachment sanitized with 200ppm Quats after each use.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
