Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hotdog cooking unit not turned to an adequate level to cook or hot hold hotdogs. Measured at 45 C.
Corrective Action(s): Turned up unit and hotdogs measured 60 C.
**Make sure this unit is turned on to a proper hot holding level such that the food remains above 60 C.
**Mark the proper level on the indicating temperature dial and confirm this is correct by checking temperature of product.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No bleach on hand for proper ware washing. Quats bottle empty.
Corrective Action(s): Make sure kiosk is always stocked with bleach, quats (for spray bottle) and cloths for cleaning purposes.
**Ensure quats spray bottle is changed weekly or more to ensure 200 ppm is maintained.
Recommend test strips be purchased.
