Corrective Action(s): This was discussed during previous inspection. Smaller containers can be brought out during lunch and dinner rush however middle of the afternoon should not have a large container of chiken out at room temperature.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Soap and paper towel dispenser at front suhi sink blocked by containers and other items

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sushi chef using gloves when moving between tasks and gloves are being reused as well
Corrective Action(s): Hands must be washed when moving between tasks such as food preparation, gathering items from the back, etc. Gloves are not a substitute for proper handwashing and gloves should never be reused.

Observation: Cleaning required under the storage shelves beside the deep fryer, the floors and the wall are covered in grease. Floor under dry storage bins as well as the floor under the dishwashing area require cleaning.
