Food debris collecting on floor under office desk / printer. Corrective Action(s): Cleaning is to be conducted at the noted locations to thoroughly remove all food and debris from surfaces. Used soiled equipment not observed stored near clean dishware. Cleaning in dry storage rooms and behind filing cabinets completed. Dead mouse removed. Plumbing leaks and moisture build-up under both beverage dispensers repaired and cleaning conducted. Note: Ensure premise snap traps that have been triggered are re-armed daily to maximize effectiveness of pest control program.
