Operator has been advised in the past (March 20, 2023, Inspection Report PKUR-CQ4URS) that this is not a suitable or safe product for food as indicated by the label.
Corrective Action(s): Product was detained by the Environmental Health Officer (EHO).
Do not use products that are not meant for human consumption.
Provide EHO with receipts and supplier information for this product.

Routine Inspection

Hand sinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels.
Low temperature dishwasher registered at 100 ppm chlorine during the final rinse cycle.
Sanitizer spray bottles for the kitchen area were labelled and registered at 200 ppm chlorine.
Sanitizer spray bottles for the front of house were labelled and registered at 400 ppm quats.
All coolers in kitchen (except cooler with inserts) were at 4 C or below.
**For cooler with inserts - the top section was at 6.5 C - keep the lid shut to keep temperature of top section at 4 C or below.
Freezers ranged from -10 C to -16 C. Reminder, freezers must be at -18 C or below.
No hot holding at the time of inspection.
Reminder: replace food containers that are breaking.

Pest control services are in place. **Replace the sticky traps for flies.
