Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - CMYRW7: Cockroaches still being caught on glue traps in the front area of the premise. None caught in the back area of premise. Pest control company has not been onsite to address the issue. Correction ORDER issued. Have a certified pest control company come into premise to do a site assessment and remediate cockroach issue.
