Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher rinse cycle temperature at 68 degree Celsius.
Corrective Action(s): The booster heater was reset during the inspection. Final rinse cycle temperature above 72 degree Celsius at the dish surface. Ensure staff is monitoring the dishwasher and reset the booster heater when needed. Temperature logs avilable.
