General Notes
Cooler temperatures ( under counter, display, storage cooler, mini bar under counter cooler) registered temperatures at or below 4C
Hand washing station equipped with hot and cold water, paper towel and soap. Recommend mounting paper towel dispenser near 2 compartment sink
High temperature dishwasher set up for mechanical ware washing, temperature registered 74.9C at plate surface during final rinse.
Ice machine is satisfactory condition, scoops stored outside.
Note:
Staff indicated that previously it was thought there was mold issues with ice machine. Staff indicated it is actually mineral build up due to hard water. They clean the unit regularly.
Recommend replace hot water for stir spoons more regularly during busty periods.
