Follow-up to inspection report #NTRG-BBJVL4: Code 209: Corrected. Scoops were provided for each bulk food bins. Discussed that the scoops must be cleaned and sanitized with 100ppm bleach and air dried routinely. Code 304: Corrected. First pest control report received by email. Continue to send at least 4 more reports to email provided. Code 305: Pending correction for gap under door still. It appeared to be covered by pieces of cardboard/thin plastic taped together. Please install smooth, durable material (eg. metal, weather stripping materials etc.) to the door to cover the gap. Staff mentioned that they plan to make a concrete platform along the inside of the main entrance door to block the gap and they are looking into calling a professional to come get it done. Correction date: 1 week Note: raised wooden platforms were built under the produce display area along the wall and at main entrance. Operator mentioned that the floors will be cleaned underneath of the platforms daily.
