Observation: Mouse droppings found near the screen door (adjacent to the staircase) and at multiple locations in the premises at floor/wall junctions.
Corrective Action(s): *Clean and disinfect (with bleach) all areas where rodent droppings are present.
*Monitor areas for new evidence of pest activity and report activity areas to the pest control technician.
*Ensure to wear personal protective equipment (ie. single-use gloves and mask) when cleaning/removing rodent droppings.

Observation: Sliding screen door (adjacent to staircase) is not creating a tight seal in the doorframe. There is a 1 inch gap at the bottom of sufficient size to allow pests to gain entry into the premises.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the screen door to create a tight seal in the doorframe. Mice and other pests can gain entry into the production area if the screens are not tightly-sealed in the frame.
