Corrective Action: Use plastic wrap instead to cover food. Plastic bags are not foodgrade and contain chemicals that may contaminate the food.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Raw meat was found thawing in a bowl by the stairs at room temperature. The operator mentioned that the raw meat has been left at room temperature since 6am. Temperature of the raw meat was 4.2C.

- Inside the walk-in cooler
- Under cold running water
- Inside a container containing cold water. Change the cold water every 30 minutes
