NOTE: Ensure facility is protected during demolition of existing concession and installation of new flooring. Discussed with Vice President of Food Service. Concession to be contained during demolition. Ensure all areas are cleaned and sanitized with sanitizer solution prior to food preparation.

NOTE: Ensure facility installs testing strips for QUAT sanitizer dispensing unit prior to food preparation
