Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted at the time of inspection. 3-compartment sink is shared between the produce and the bakery section. Quats dispenser was at 200ppm and test strips were available. General sanitation was good. No pest activity was noted. Bakery walk-in freezer was less than -18C. Food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground. Temperature monitored and recorded daily electronically. Designated hand washing station was satisfactory.
