Follow up inspection.

Ice machine has been cleaned and free of mildew.
White cutting boards have been washed and sanitized to remove mildew.
All work stations equipped with a bucket of bleach sanitizer (200ppm) for in-use wiping cloths.
Hand sink along cook line equipped with a paper towel holder.
Hand sink in food preparation area stocked with liquid soap.

Discussed corrections noted above with the chef and advised to review hand hygiene and sanitation practices with staff.
