Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs sanitizer buckets, dispenser measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 82.7c final rinse.
Prep cooler, undercounter cooler, walk-in cooler, milk dispensers and ice cap machine compartment measured at 4C or lower. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Ice machine observed to be sanitary condition.
No signs of pests observed.
NOTE: Ensure to monitor hot water tank as handwashing sinks hot water faucet observed to take approxiamately 3-5 minutes to dispense hot water. Temperature logs were not noted online for December 7, 2022 this morning (i.e.: 6am). Ensure to maintain temperature logs as per Food SAfety Plan.
