All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. No evidence of pests, pest control records on site. Kitchen dishwasher reached 73 C at the plate. Bar glass washer had 100 ppm chlorine. Cooling wands available on site. General sanitation was satisfactory.
