Follow up inspection conducted with the presence with 2 food handlers. - 3 meat Donair rods were fully heated with the heating elements on. - Ventilation hood serviced in October, next service time April 30, 2023 - Fan guards in the walk in cooler and the electrical fan in the service area have been cleaned. - Magnetic strip has been replaced. - The Ceiling in the walk in cooler has been repainted and no concern of food contamination from chipped paint. - New caulking done on the 3-compartment sink.
