General sanitation is very good. Handwashing stations supplied with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels. Coolers (walk in, prep, undercounter, upright) < or = to 4 C. Freezers (walk in, upright) < or = to -18C. Hot holding units > 60 C. Thermometers are available inside all cold units. Food items are stored in plastic/metal insert containers with lids, dated, and labeled. Three compartment sink - satisfactory. Quat sanitizer - available (Note: Must be replaced as soon as it below 200 ppm). Surface sanitizer - available in spray bottle at 200 ppm Quat solution. Ice machine is clean. Scoop stored safely at the time of inspection. Dry storage - satisfactory. No signs of pest activity. Note: Please clean a floor scoop from food debris regularly.
