Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Equipment was being submerged in Quat sanitizer for 10-20 seconds during manual dishwashing. Manufacturer's instructions for the sanitizer indicate submersion time to be at least 1 minute.
Corrective Action(s): During manual dishwashing, submerge all equipment in the sanitizer for at least 1 minute. Ensure manufacturer's instructions are being followed properly.
