General sanitation - good. All hand-sinks supplied with liquid soap and paper towels and hot/cold running water. Note: Please avoid to store food items near the paper towel dispenser and partially block it (located near the gas stove). Walk in cooler at 3.2 C. Prep. cooler at 2.0 C. Glass door cooler at 1.5 C. Freezers (front and kitchen) at -18 C or less.. Counter top hot holding unit with pizza (front area) at 66 C. Surface sanitizer (Bleach) in spray bottle is at 100 ppm chlorine. Insert thermometer - available. Foods storage - organized, covered, and off the floor. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Staff washroom - clean; supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers.
