Observations from routine inspection:
Multiple traps placed along pallet food storage area. Mice droppings noted in back corners of storage area. Flour beetles present in area.
Flour supply in storage area observed to be in excess.
Recommend to reduce the amount of product ordered and have better storage practices going forward.
Multiple large pest proof containers recommended for flour storage.
Increase cleaning and sanitation practice to ensure no food debris is left on the floors after production.

Handsink supplied with liquid soap and paper towels.
Refrigeration unit measures 4 degrees C or less.
Freezer unit measures -18 degrees C or less.
